BonjourAgent collects the following types of data:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and organization details provided during registration.
  • Website Content: Publicly accessible content from websites you submit for analysis, including HTML, metadata, and page structure.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and optimization history.
  • Agent Request Logs: Records of AI agent requests to your optimized markdown endpoints, including user-agent strings and IP addresses (anonymized after 30 days).
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Data Usage

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve our content optimization services
  • Generate GEO Scores and optimization recommendations
  • Serve optimized markdown content to AI agents via your dedicated endpoint
  • Provide analytics on AI agent interactions with your content
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your content to train AI models.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use:

  • Cloudflare D1: For structured data (accounts, pages, scores)
  • Cloudflare KV: For caching optimized content
  • Cloudflare R2: For stored content artifacts

Data is retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of all your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to data processing for specific purposes

We comply with LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (European Union), and CCPA (California, USA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@bonjouragent.com or use the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management (Clerk)
  • Preference cookies: Language and UI preferences
  • Analytics cookies: Anonymous usage analytics (can be opted out)

We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

  • Cloudflare: Infrastructure, CDN, and security
  • Clerk: Authentication and user management
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered content analysis (your content is processed but not stored by Anthropic)
